El user "Superman" no podía conectarse  al servidor (connection closed) y pidió ayuda para contactar con algun admin para que lo pusieron en "lista blanca". Al final  todo se resolvio

The user "Superman" could not connect to the server (connection closed) and asked for help to contact some admin so they put it on "white list". Everything finally worked out.
