Timer in race

As the topic says I want to suggest to add a timer in the race,  so that it would become easy to check our time taken in the race, and make new records in the race. I know you wouldn't understand what I want to say, so I am adding a screenshot here: (Timer can be something like this)



Hope you understand now what I want to say. :D

This will make my suggestion more clear.(Ignore the FPS please)

The suggestion is good but I have a question,
we  choose a timeline or have a specific time?

He wants to add time elapsed for each player racing in game. A displaying Timer (elapsing one) at the bottom of money status bar will be good. Supporting this suggestion.

How hard is it to comprehend what he is saying lol?

He simply means a timer like a stopwatch to see elapsed time and use that as reference for record times or other things.

I don't think it's needed as you can see elapsed time after the race ends but also I don't bother to add it.
