I don't think it's that big of an issue, first off, but if it really is, then I think it would be better to have a command or menu in game that tells you what the allowed bugs are, and how to perform them. Then people have a better idea of what's hacking and what's bugging, and everyone is theoretically on a more level playing field.
This is pretty much how I feel about this suggestion. I don't believe that PTP, as a TDM server, should apply restrictions regarding bug usage on anything other than weapons. If we go down this road, who's to say that taking advantage of other vehicle-related bugs is just and fair? It will be much more exciting if players are taught how to use these tricks to their advantage.
