Actually, you do death evades when you are no longer under spawn protection in civilian class. I still remember you got your spawn protection back by creating a race and leaving it instantly. Since I was the one
reporting it, that is fixed, you tried to find another way to access death evade successfully and you did to be honest. I see you defending yourself uselessly but the truth is, you are guilty of using such methods.

I am not sure because:
I don't think it will be good if the race creator will also be able to set the weather of his choice because we have some races for which different whether conditions will be harsh or even terrible as we sometimes have to take sharp turns. Moreover, some players will not be able to pass through the checkpoints because many of the players here use modded timecyc, whether it is for low end pc or high gaming experience, it will vary a lot. I know it will be so thrilling to race in a different weather but it has many negative points more then positive.
And totally different conditions for racers during races, so
