The give armor command can be done too with the proper pawn codes.

There are already some suggestions waiting to be added for the SWAT class (https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=3017.0 https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=3458.0). We'll try putting those in first, then see if it needs more changes.
