[To be reviewed]REMOVE SNIPER ADDON

We all know that there is ADDON (CLEO OR IDK ) which can shoot people on the roof of the car ( which i dont think that is fair)
For example. I cant shoot people on the car, but they can.
And if u say "you can just download it , and install it " i can also download and install aimbot or any other adventage .
This is Addon that shouldnt be allowed. So consider this as a VOTE.
SO i will say  :
+1 TO REMOVE THE SNIPER ADDON!

+1. I think you're speaking about samp addon.  Yes fixes many bugs, but also gives huge advantage in some cases. crashes.asi was forbidden due to a bug that made people not take fall damage. I don't see any reason why we should not add this addon to the list of game modifications that give unfair advantage.

Yes Carg. But im speaking about the addon that few of the players who have it in this game they can shoot people who surf on the car.
Example.
Few hours ago i had a war with Safi and Hanzo and they could shoot me while i was surfing on the car.
Next situation they were surfing i couldnt hit them with sniper even if i had really really clear aim at them. My sniper crosshair was in the middle of their body. And they didnt recive dmg.
That type of adventage im saying. This has to stop.

True, the only way to find out is by the sniper advantage(ability to shoot players surfing on cars using sniper)  I guess, and it is going to be a time-consuming process to track each and every player (it is not just a few players using the addon, it is a commonly used plugin to SAMP, to increase FPS) in-game to find out if they are using it.

To be honest u know me im not a cheater, i dont know what that thing is called but i know what it can do. We are speaking about the same thing.

Im playing with 30 fps and it aint a problem for me.

I don't get it, if you are standing on vehicle and shooting a player while another player tried to snipe and unable to give you damage? and it's not from addon. I am using it since 2 years and I couldn't hit on-vehicle players(bug).
