We all know that there is ADDON (CLEO OR IDK ) which can shoot people on the roof of the car ( which i dont think that is fair)
For example. I cant shoot people on the car, but they can.
And if u say "you can just download it , and install it " i can also download and install aimbot or any other adventage .
This is Addon that shouldnt be allowed. So consider this as a VOTE.
SO i will say :
+1 TO REMOVE THE SNIPER ADDON!

+1. I think you're speaking about samp addon. Yes fixes many bugs, but also gives huge advantage in some cases. crashes.asi was forbidden due to a bug that made people not take fall damage. I don't see any reason why we should not add this addon to the list of game modifications that give unfair advantage.

Example.
Few hours ago i had a war with Safi and Hanzo and they could shoot me while i was surfing on the car.
Next situation they were surfing i couldnt hit them with sniper even if i had really really clear aim at them. My sniper crosshair was in the middle of their body. And they didnt recive dmg.
That type of adventage im saying. This has to stop.

They are allowed to do it long as they don't do it to admins, you know what I say? Right..

I think we should go old fashioned,just video it and report it.

True, the only way to find out is by the sniper advantage(ability to shoot players surfing on cars using sniper) I guess, and it is going to be a time-consuming process to track each and every player (it is not just a few players using the addon, it is a commonly used plugin to SAMP, to increase FPS) in-game to find out if they are using it.

To be honest u know me im not a cheater, i dont know what that thing is called but i know what it can do. We are speaking about the same thing.

Im playing with 30 fps and it aint a problem for me.

I don't get it, if you are standing on vehicle and shooting a player while another player tried to snipe and unable to give you damage? and it's not from addon. I am using it since 2 years and I couldn't hit on-vehicle players(bug).

There is addon which makes your game smoother, without bugs and can hit people who are surfing.

I have tried addon and personally feel that it gives you several advantages over others. The only reason you see that you are able to hit the player standing on the vehicle if you are using an addon that gives you an advantage over others who do not use it. For this reason, it should no longer be allowed.
However there is no good way to track addon users playing in the server.

If you can't shoot them with sniper, I suggest you to use drive-by with M4 and Spaz even w/o SAMP Addon. If the ones shooting are far away, use long range weapons like M4 on drive-by. If they're close, then use short range weapons like Spaz.
It can really damage the ones on the roof of the car if you're using drive-by. I tried it once without SAMP Addon with the new version of SAMP, SAMP 0.3.7 - R4 and I totally hit'em while I was security and other classes like terrorists.
However there is no good way to track addon users playing in the server.
Maybe test them one by one? I know it's difficult but I think it's worth a shot tho.

That thing exists?And I wondered how some people could hit me while I was on a vehicle,while I couldn't hit them.
If one such thing exists,then either we all get it or it should be removed,so everything would be back into balance.

Make a shooting system that makes a fake npc clone standing on car and make player(advantage using one) shoot it to detect the addon, Thus the addon must not be allowed.

When i said in game you are using it, you laughed at me. And now everyone is using samp addon? U serious?

But not only they can shoot players who are surfing cars but also damage players who are riding as a passenger on NRG...which makes it twice as easy to get a kill...once they aim and ahoot at the nrg any player can get hit...which is unfair since others who doesnt use the addon cant hit the player who is seated as a passenger but only the driver

Who kills you on the roof of a car is technically using an addon.

I would recommend removing sniper completely and returning to rifle since it would be more challenging,and not just sniper whoring all the time.Sure,the VIPs could retain the rifles constantly while we the non-VIP could have it every few minutes since it is not that OP,but at least we'd have a more challenging game,and people actually aiming at others and not cheating with it being hard to detect or abusing some bugs.
But yeah,I know that stupid policy that's being upheld: "wE cAn'T rEmOvE vIp FeAtUrEs".
It's kind of bad for the whole game if this thing is being held as a priority over the topic of the gamemode.
But sure,some people cannot live without snipers,so I guess this can't be removed,probably ever...
I know this isn't my suggestion here that I'm commenting on,but I'm appealing to administrators to reconsider it.
Maybe I'm solo on the suggestion,maybe the majority wants the snipers to stay,but think about how it would improve the gamemode.
People wouldn't be relying on dealing great damage from long range,and the fighting would require more close quarters combat,which should be the priority here.
We're not supposed to play assassins here and shoot from afar,it can be quite unfair sometimes.
If not,then,either we're all mandatory to download that addon,however that's done,at one point,so we all have the same conditions to play in,or we remove and forbid it completely.
I'm not sure how the other servers would look at that addon,maybe as a hacking method,so, we're probably supposed to remove it if we intend to play there too.

Before I used it,but I deinstalled it because it can give alot of advantages over players you can even be in esc menu while surfing a car and even see people move infront of you in esc menu so it has advantages but long story short +1.

Yes but again you can have unfair advantages over players which is not really good it is a samp bug i don't see why someone would have advantage over other players.
