Add helpful messages that occasionally show up in the chat. Kind of like the messages that are currently in PTP:

This system will be added in update 2, all of the messages can be added later. Suggest the ones you'd remove, keep or add in this topic.

Quido and me discussed this and we came to the conclusion that all of the current messages are fine.
These are all current messages: (Some of these require new commands, I put them in the commands topic)
