Add helpful messages that occasionally show up in the chat. Kind of like the messages that are currently in PTP:

[13:46:33] * Use /DUTY to get your orders AND DO NOT TEAM KILL !!!

[11:29:45] * >> HYDRA USERS: DO NOT SHOOT NEAR OR AT SPAWN - YOU WILL BE JAILED.

[11:32:26] * >> Remember use: ! [team chat msg] or /tpm [team chat msg]

This system will be added in update 2, all of the messages can be added later. Suggest the ones you'd remove, keep or add in this topic.

Quido and me discussed this and we came to the conclusion that all of the current messages are fine.
