It would also be nice if there were a way for admins to disable the reporting timer for a player, so people who aren't abusing /report can report without having to wait.

Also, add a confirmation message like: "Are you sure you want to report <<playerName>> for <<reason>>? to prevent unintentional reports
This could be annoying. Sometimes it's all you can do to report in the first place without dying, if you're President. I think a way of recalling reports as mistakes would be better. So if you report the wrong player, you can do /recall or something and specify the correct ID or another reason why you're recalling the report.

I agree. There should be no timer, at least for registered players who should have some idea about rules.

I agree again. There's no need for Windows-style confirmations, and the recalling system would be handy.

The report message has been changed. I won't turn the timer between reporting off, but I'll reduce the time to 15 seconds.
