[Added]the report function

i'm suggesting to add basic details about the player we report ingame instead of the "report sent" message because sometimes they leave the server and someone joins taking their id and gets reported instead. I did actually report a lot of players by a mistake recently which brought this to my attention.

Also, add a confirmation message like: "Are you sure you want to report <<playerName>> for <<reason>>? to prevent unintentional reports
