Log-in for Irc

This time i suggest a log-in System for irc (if it's possible),
so no one can fake other players .

Please Read the IRC Tutorial.
It has the steps to register yourself on IRC.

Registering and logging in

Register on the irc.tl network to prevent others from using your name, or to acquire voice rank(To talk in the in-game VIP chat) if you're VIP.

Type /ns register [password] [email]
Make sure to check your e-mail after doing this, in order to validate your account.
Type /ns identify [password] to log in (You have to do this every time you connect to the IRC network)

It is possible to prevent other users from chatting under your nickname. You need to register, as explained above, then use /ns group and finally /ns set enforce on
The first command links the nickname you're currently using to your account. The second one enables a mode which will basically change the nickname of anyone using yours to Guest[random numbers], unless they login in less than 30 seconds after joining the server.
