same problem like Tounsix have, graphics are also the same. I tried your solution Altus,it didin't help.
Looks like i had the same problem that it didnt record
i have sorted out the problem
i dont know why but it is here
OBS doesnt record in fullscreen. IF YOU TRY TO RECORD THE GAMEPLAY IN WINDOWED MODE IT WILL RECORD
now how to open san andreas in windowed mode?
here is a dll file you have to put it in the main folder of gta san andreas
http://www.mediafire.com/file/e0v30jdzp2p250z/d3d9.dll
well it worked out for me and i hope it works for you tounsix and crash

I also have radeon + intel 3000, yeah, it is so problematic, drivers and etc. But i never had a problems with black screen. But from my experience i can say that it is all about drivers. You can spent shit load of time and try to find some old drivers for your radeon, and prob it will not work too.
Anyway, you can do 2 things - try it on another game and try another similar prog to identify core of the problem.

Yes that is the Xbox live if I'm not mistaken and I haven't really found anything else except Xbox Live

Because this tutorial is outdated.

@solod, I think he downloaded OBS studio(more features i guess) instead of OBS classic that is described in the tutorial. Basic settings should be the same anyway.

Anyway, i checked and OBS is more "heavy" than bandicam, even when you use "save last 1 min" in OBS and endless recording in bandicam.
