HEY GUYS THERE IS A SUGGESTION FROM MY SIDE
BEING A CIVILIAN WE CAN SHOOT THE CARS OF THE OTHER CIVILIANS ISN'T IT?
BUT IF THE CIVILIAN IS UNDER SPAWN PROTECTION WE ARE STILL ABLE TO SHOOT THE CAR AND ADD DAMAGE.
WE CAN SHOOT THE TYRES WHICH OFCOURSE IS ANNOYING FOR ALL.
SO CAN WE PLEASE FIX THIS?

Altough he might not have told it properly, this can be actually a good idea. Civilians are not able to shoot eachothers in spawn but they can still damage eachother's vehicles and the player might end up having popped tires or an instant death due to explosion bug. So I'd say it would be good for vehicles in civilian spawn to be undamagable.

Definitely yes! Full under spawn protection is a good thing.

I think it is fine that civilians can shoot each others' cars on the spawn. If you picked a car, don't stay there for too long, go and play. Besides, it can be abused as a shooter in such car becomes way less vulnerable. So, -1.
