Security improvement

Now we all know security class lacks protection power big time. I'm thinking that a new weapon must be added to assist the sawnoff, either Tec9 or Micro Uzi. This could pretty much be a huge development because it's usually newbies selecting the available spots for it.

Secs already have huge advatange with sawns if u add one more RW then will be really hard to kill the president ( uŽll basicaly go to have weapons from duels and we all know damage that sawns and uzi do combine )

The Security people have very good weapons for actually protecting the President- MP5 for DBing, sawn-offs for close stuff (when someone is close to the President), and the M4 for long distance. TEC-9s and UZIs are for dueling on the ground, not protecting. I think what you're proposing is a downgrade.

It was always like a challenge for the security to try keep up with Terrorist attacks, why not change that and make a challenge for the Terrorists try to keep up with the powered up Security? It makes sense imo because security are always out numbered, ganged up from the rest of the server like tons of civilians coming in groups and terrorists doing combat db.

Point is give the security a reason why the game mode is called Protect the President instead of always being the weaker part of it, unless there's a liked regular as President with loads of vip security. Change is good!

Sawnoff Uzi/Tec9 and M4 are enough to witness some hardcore defending (Mp5 will be replaced).

Maybe a trial period for this idea will be better than replies and opinions, we never know until we try?

I think their current weapons are fine and can hold terrorists. No need for uzi's because there must be no chance of having 1-on-1 encounters between secu's and terros because the secu's need to stay with the President.

Securtiy class weapons are okey as now. I don't think uzi/tec need to be added to security weapons. Like as Yomama said, security has got good enough weapons to protect the President since it's the point of that class.

pRiMoz got the right point. There's a tendency that president hardly survives when he's not regular, because most of the regulars play as terro then (in the best case they split between cops and terrors, and leave president and his newbie protection team totally alone), and the president from regulars survives in most cases because almost every regular switches to security.

You can give minigun to newbie securities, that won't change anything against well-skilled terrorists team.

In the mean time, MP5 driveby is an inevitable part of security gameplay, it will be even harder without. As for running weapons, they've got sawnoffs and that's enough.

Certainly the game must be balanced because in 90% cases it's one-sided game. But unfortunately your suggestion doesn't seem to be something that can help. So, -1.

The whole point of President class is not to be able to fight back, but to run to safety and let your Security team protect you.
