Kick instead of ban

I have noticed that the server or a admin kicks a players who is hackin instead of banning him
This has been going on since yesterday according to me. Today also a hacker came who's name
Was [Rawr]Hacker and he was first kicked for air breaks and after a while he joined again and was
Kicked for teleport.After that he came back again as [Pwn]Hacker and was continuously kicked and
The reason was simply bye

I don't know where to post this so I thought this topic would fit better in bug reports that's why I
Posted here and second I did not report this hacker because I did not collect proof

Yes, it's because the new mods are on a trial period in which they can only kick hackers. But don't worry, the hackers are banned later by admins.
