Ok then make sure to remove all your hacks, not only teleports, because you wasnt using only teleports. Since it's your first offence you will be unbanned after 2 weeks on 24th of April. Do not join the server untill you're unbanned or your ban might be extended.

Yes you can use modified sniper models, since they dont give you advantage over the other players.
