[Added]Duel Invitations

The duel is only for civilians but the duel invitations can be sent to any player in any class which I think should be removed because it floods the chat of a player not in civilian class.And also duel invitations sent in a time should be limited cause players use this to flood chats by sending repeated invitations

I don't think that should be removed. People should be able to let the other player know that he wants to duel no matter which class he's in. To prevent spam of invitations we can have a command like /togduel, something I was thinking to suggest.

I think that, it's needed to be civilian to duel someone. Otherwise, you are just occupying a class, that a no-vip player could wanted to be, to do the following mission.

Ye, this would work out for sure. Some servers got a command like "/id" (ignore duels), so you can easily toggle it whenever you want.

/id should be for getting an ID from part of a nick- would be helpful to add. I would prefer /ignoreduels.

We do have the /getid command for that. 

For the ignore duels command, if not /id, any other suitable ones will also be good.

Nope, it's possible to spam someone with invitations without being muted.

As I said at my first post, why don't we have a command to toggle invitations already?
