Those ''baby'' noises are probably caused by those enemies which got killed by Jasmine

Those are actually high pitched sfx of the usual ped sounds.

I do experience those too sometimes.

But killing people while hearing baby cries is disturbing sometimes lol.

Yes and the funny thing is I only experienced them here so it must be this particular server's issue.

Nope, it's a common samp bug, just relog to fix it.
