2nd . the quotes that ruin the forum , are you stuped fellas ? or kids ?or you find it funny ? i didn't get this really ,iven in the old ptp that we called a bad version of ptp there wasn't things like those we saw those days .
This is pretty common on the forums which sometimes looks very annoying because posting reply in such way doesn't makes any sense. In every
Suggestion Topic we only see 3 or 4 related replies which makes sense to the Topic , and rest of the replies are either repeating of best Reply through
Quoting it without adding anything useful to it
or Adding a plain

No which again doesn't makes any sense until you add something extra in it. We also have a forum rule , which , I don't think that most of the Users are aware.

- Do not double post on a topic, modify your post if you need to add something. Also, don't quote a previous post without adding something meaningful. Quoting someone else's post and posting it again will not be allowed,the Suggestion and Off Topic boards are the exceptions to this rule.

If insulting an admin is bad 
then accusing someone of something he didn't do isn't bad
I insulted him because he accused me of something that i didn't do, so he is mistaken and he deserved to be insulted, and now i made fun of him in front of whole server, and it is over.
Well Ahmed , it is very obvious that If you're being accused of something which you didn't do can make you mad, But you are also given the chance to defend yourself and prove all accusations wrong. You're only arguing in a very inappropriate manner which doesn't looks like you're even bother to clear misunderstanding and confusion of Admin , which should be your
aim in the first place. It is just an accusation which can be clear If you're really willing to make it clear but you just attract more trouble to yourself by dealing it in a very stupid manner.
