Death Evading By using /q

Hello There,
Is There any script or any method,in order to prevent death evading by using /q,i mean a script that will not let you quit unless you have a certain amount of HP,it could be usefull to prevent death evading

If a player on low Heath do /q his game in order to avoid death then the  opponent automatically gets his kill in account If opponent done some amount of damage to him.

/q is a SAMP command. I don't think a script can be created to avoid this. That is why our server has a system where the last person who caused damage to you at the time gets the kill.
