Requirements to select President class!

Nowadays , Map changing is happening too fast in the game , and the main reason is newbies choose President class , and when they get bored , they just leave the game and map gets changed! So i would like to suggest some requirements for selecting President Class!
1. The player must be registered!
2. People having more than 600 Ping can't choose president class[As most of the times they get kicked due to high Ping]

If unregistered players couldn't pick presi we would spend hours waiting for someone to be the president. Maybe presidents would last a bit longer if 80% of the cops didn't refuse to shoot 80% of the terrorists, who knows.

About the ping, I agree, +1.

I'll give -1 for the first point because players joins a new server to find something new and Interesting. The President Class is the different thing from all the server of SAMP.

What Indincive suggested was 10 hours gameplay before choosing president and what i am suggesting is the player must be registered , that requires only 30 mins gameplay, plus i suggested one more thing i.e ping above 600 !
So please read carefully, before making a reply!

Good suggestion Yash, I agree on the 600+ ping but being registered or not doesn't matter since newbies wish to see something new.
