Requirements to select President class!

Everyday so many players visits server for the first time and ''President'' class is the first slot displayed on their screen. They Usually choose President class out of curiosity and they really liked it due to which half of visitors stay in server and possibly registered to continue enjoy the PTP. Putting some conditions to prevent President's slot from such visitors wouldn't be a good Idea.

2. People having more than 600 Ping can't choose president class[As most of the times they get kicked due to high Ping]

What If a player's pings fluctuate from 250-650? , normally not frequently.

I totally agree with your first point ! But, in the second case , that sort of fluctation is very rare , plus it is very simple , if the ping is above 600 so he can't choose the class and if it's below 600 he can , doesn't matter what the fluctuation is because there is a very less probability that he/she will be kicked because of high ping.

If you dont want random people to select presi then Map will change every 15mins bcus if president is a regular player he is going to win just bcus nobody will go terro just to kill him!

I didn't say that random people must not be allowed to choose presi, please read carefully.I said non registered players must not be allowed and it takes 30 mins of gameplay to become a lvl 1 from lvl 0 . Atleast , the player can be punished if he leaves in middle of his tenure as presi if he is a registered player!
And there are several people on the server trying to kill Every president no matter wether he is a regular player or not , so map lasting for 15 mins won't be a problem!

I'll give -1 for the first point because players joins a new server to find something new and Interesting. The President Class is the different thing from all the server of SAMP.

It's easier if we put Terrorist as first class selectable. And President as last or at least harder to find for newbies. Means you need to know how to become President.

P.S.: Even if we leave everything like this, kill the presi is not that easy. The security usually are a big trouble, even if the presi is noob.
