Our server is not a clan based, but Team based Server. So I don't think any rules based on clans should be forced on players.

Removing inactive clan topics will help IMO.

Bro removing OFF-Clans will fix it now.
But Criterions for new clan will reduce the off clans in the future...

When i started on PTP, people were able to reply to clan topics to discuss clan stuff and post pictures, which I think is very useful. Tenshi only removed it cause he was tired of clans in general.

On the clan topics, there was going on too much fights and shitty behave in between of enemy clans. So it was really hard to clean that shit out of there. That's why I think Tenshi locked topics.

You are saying that newbie will be confused? No. Every clan description has a list of members/active ones/history/etc. So, it is not that hrd to figure out which clan is more suitable for you.
So, i do not see another arguments from Idan. Only this one.

And that time he had to clean up shit from CSS section too. I remember that tenshi had to face all that bullshit alone(Because css admins weren't active that time). . I remember players from SoD clan advertising and bitching on TYB clan topic and then we had to ask tenshi to delete their replies. SORRY TENSHI, We still love you.

Well, best way to do this is for ADMINS LVL 5 to approve a clan application. We can open a new section, that can be a "Clan Applications". If you want to open a clan, you should apply for it first then admins have to decide to let you open it or not.
