Let the president swim!!

Hey, today I want to help President. Sometimes presidents are running but accidentally they fall in ocean and message comes 'You lost 1 HP in punishment of swimming' or whatever is it. Presidents are not babies so they can't swim :P Let them swim as you all know, security else then VIP's, all the security sucks. Why? Because they wont even listen to President. All security hates President, always hijacking the car, ramming the president, not even giving president ship service. Please let the president swim. It will improve president's surviving chances ;P

This measurement is there because places exist where you can just dive underwater and hide (Think cliffs) and terrorists will be unable to kill you. This "tactic" is very overpowered and so presidents get punished automatically if they are in the water.

You know you don't have to suggest something everyday right?Talk to others in game before posting to see if a suggestion has any support or if something works a particular way for a specific reason like presi losing health for water camping.
