[Added]C-Bug/Minor C-Bug Punishments for President.

This suggestion is nothing related to the other "important" suggestions which are currently being discussed. Just a small change.

As we all know, the server automatically kicks any player who repeatedly uses c-bug or minor c-bug will get kicked as a punishment. But recently I've seen few Presidents, intentionally (could be death evading) or unintentionally doing c-bug or minor c-bug which results in kick. This action may further result in forcing map change unnecessarily (if there is no Vice-President). Newbies may not understand what c-bug or minor c-bug is.
What I'm trying to say is maybe the final punishment (i.e. kick) for c-bug (if not, minor c-bug) should be removed, if the player is President. Let the warnings be kept like before. It won't make a big difference, unlike players of other classes.

President isn't supposed to fight with someone, there are exceptions for sure though. So making him stronger as a deathmatcher isn't a good idea

Yes, i know what you are saying in terms of game balance but how ever most players dont even fucking protect the president and instead dont even protect him so having this feature is more suitiatble for the president which will motiviate at least a fair balance.

It's a good idea, i am thinking if the president's character freezes if he keeps cbuging, for example after 5 warnings. Apart from this, the idea is good. +1
