I don't discuss it on my own They told me that it's allowed

Every player can see all chats from IRC no matter what level they are and as long as they don't give any information that could affect the gameplay  of the team like giving locations and tactics, it's allowed.

As Carg said, it's not allowed to share information which could help the other team. This is not what happened here, so there won't be any punishment.
