Hello Fellas,
So for quite a time I was thinking of making a GTA San Andreas Machinima based on PTP.
However after doing some research I found out there are already a few PTP Based Machinima however one of them was of FFS Gaming server's Protect The President Game Mode (MTA).
It was a trailer basically and it was good. I also got further inspiration from a Zombie Server Trailer which was good and some GTA SA Machinima makers on YouTube.
I thought of making a Promo Trailer based on this server since I thought Jonne's PTP needs to be more popular and the fact it exists needs to reach the Old Players from the previous PTP.
As of Now I have not started the project yet as the focus has shifted for a simple Movie Machinima to a Promotional Video for this Server.
-O So at firsthand would Like to ask for the Permission 'to make' such Promo to begin with.Although I won't spread it without approving the final product from you guys ofc.I am just expanding the topic so that you guys might know some details. (I am having my exams lol so I won't be able to be able to be online regularly by atleast 22nd)
So Basically I am planning to make a GTA SA Machinima Promo Trailer of this server.
At first I was thinking of trying CamHack on the server to capture neccessary gameplay footage. However after enquiring about it from a Mod, I came to know any types of hacks aren't allowed.
So then I decided to do it myself using stuff like DYOM,GTA SA Studio,etc.
Athough I still have some problems such as the President's Skin and the Map.
Problem for the President is the game uses a modified White MBI Agent Model from the game who has no glasses and his Tie is recolored from Black to Red. So I would need help over there as I don't know what to do.
Well Map Problem is the fact there are certain areas in the server's map which are modified and I don't know how to reproduce it for the footage, such as:
1.)The Vehicle Spawns layout.
2.)The UFO from the Red County Map.I'd like to know if I can replicate the server's map so the things become a lot easier for me to film.
I can handle the Peds (except the President) and the Action Stuff with my programmes.
Of course I'd show the progress of the Promo in a separate topic if I started making it and I wouldn't ever mind to take the community input too.
So in a nutshell:
