Anti death evade system is bullshit

I just reclassed with 100 armor and 100 health and I got killed by the anti death evade system.

Did the skull icon show up next to your name or a weapon with a name next to it?

It also happened with me I went to duel and got killed while dueling(a message popped up)
And death was shown in death window....

Sometimes the actors don't even spawn in-spawn making it really unfair for the players who get their's spawned.
