No. The President isn't supposed to be a fighting class, so he has a weapon that is more of a last resort if he can't run anymore. An OG President running around with colts doesn't make sense. You aren't supposed to have good fighting weapons as President because the whole point is that you depend on your security and/or your evasion tactics.

very useful for aiming at enemy wheels; D
This is another reason why I don't like it. The President is often a passenger on an NRG. It's already difficult enough to catch him in that case, but colts will make it worse. As it is, it's difficult to do much apart from jacking and escaping when you're surrounded by NRGs- it should be this way. With colts, the President could actually do damage.

The last reason I don't like is that it just feels weird to even consider it. It's like giving securities TEC-9s. It feels like cheapening the class. It's worked one way for so long that it feels odd to even consider it differently. I don't think it would be a positive change.

I support this statement.

Well I understand everyone supports this idea because it will simply make the president stronger, but I must agree with YoMama’s statement about the president not being a fighting class. It just changes the whole playstyle for presidents, securities and terrors. While it may feel like a low impact addition, it really isn’t. It actually changes a big part of the gamemode

But I think having colts will not make a big change, like for example we can add an option to make it clear is if the president enter in a vehicule he immediatly can't shoot back ( as the case of the deagle ) or drive by from there.

There are many ways to kill the president not only using NRG's , because he can't do nothing against flying vehicules with colts or even heavy vehicules, imagine if there are more than 50 player in surver so he probably needs a way to survive even a little bit, to shoot back some terorrists.

I can say that it will not make a big change cause Deagle has the same thing, you can also destroy wheels or even explose a car with it

It is a big change. Suddenly the President can run and shoot- that's a big difference. Suddenly he can fire very rapidly, which means he can very effectively shoot out tires. He can do the thing where you keep shooting a car so someone dies without being able to get out with colts. All of these things mean he can more effectively fight, and not just as a last-ditch attempt to save himself. The only thing he really loses is the damage that a Deagle can deal, and the accuracy, which often isn't that important anyway. The firing rate more than makes up for the damage and accuracy, however. Pretty much everywhere else, he gains. Again, no.

This isn't much valid because the colts make the most of 5 hp damage if this shot is on target hence if  the president is fighting he'll die anyway. Also this could then be used as the 'last' option available when your by yourself.

As Haunter said, the president can't fight and escape at the same time, we'll have colts just for players who can't aim very well with deagle, and trust me it will be very hard to attack , and as I noticed in my last post that he can't drive-by or using colts while being in a vehicule means that will not cause a big change , to be clear he can only attack when his vehicule is destroyed so he can destroy some wheels to be safe and then to escape but I'm sure if there are more than 30 players in the server he'll die anyway.

All I have to say is to make an open vote about this suggestion and we will see who agrees and who disagrees.

Exactly what I was thinking.
Oh! I don't want to fight you, Jorah the Andal. What do I have to gain? If I win, I'm the shit who killed an old man. If I lose, I'm the shit who was killed by an old man.

I'll go with this. President will be overpowered with colts as they can shoot tires very fluently. Everyone has already clarified it will make a big change so in my opinion this isn't a suitable suggestion for President.
