For those who wonder how would an app be dangerous, let me explain.

It's basically a game that challenges you with daily tasks like self harming, waking up at unusual hours or watching a horror movie while the challenges gets harder everyday. Apparently on the 50th day you're asked to commit suicide.

EDIT: Did some more research and no one every actually proved that the game ever caused suicide, installed
         it to see and it says I can't play til midnight...

I'm sorry for your loss. People should be educated to not try this.
Do people seriously don't know about how many deaths this has caused? I know for one reason it's true, not sure that's the app but one student tried jumping off the building in my city. It's messed up, keep your younger siblings or anyone away from it.

Okay so I tried this out and it seems like there's no real app available, the one Yan showed is a bait, all it does is ask how many family members you have and your age. Between each question there's a publicity and once you answered the two of them it says you can't play til midnight. When I reached midnight I got back on and it told me to wait 24h til the next midnight to play. Seems like it's a cash machine.

TLDR: It's an endless cycle of publicity, no wonder people commit suicide after playing this crap

Seriously tho, I read that the real game is impossible to find anymore. Some say the game is somehow sent to people with suicidal tendencies based on their research history. This whole thing sound fishy af...

Just as Frankiot said, 'BLUE WHALE GAME' isn't an app you can download off the internet. It is a series of 'unique' challenges given to a person by a anonymous curator/representative through various ways on the internet. Although there is no exact proof for any of these statements, what I'd say is don't talk to strangers online, keep communicating with each other, share your problems with friends and family. Don't think you're alone.

This has happened in Estonia too. But not throught the app. There was a facebook group where you could play the game. At first people ask questions about your family, where you live etc. And then they give you a challenge and if you wont do it they will threaten to do bad things to you and your family. It's a fucked up game but i don't think anyone with clear mind would join that group and try to play it.
