Everyone is now able to manage the content of their chats by using the /ignore command. If you don't want to see the messages sent by Chev[PPLV], you can simply get rid of them by trying it.
Next time, if you think that someone is spamming or excessive flaming, use the in-game report function so a staff member can check it and take appropriate actions when it's happening.
