Hear me out, I don't want the spawn protection to dissapear, I want it to stay. What I do want is that the spawn protection dissapears the moment you fire a gun. It happens way too often that the president doesn't leave his spawn and that his respawning securities open fire on you while you can't do anything. Or when you need a vehicle from the police spawn and they start shooting at you, you just can't do anything because of the spawn protection.

There's nothing wrong with spawn protection, but I think that fighting with spawn protection shouldn't be possible or even encouraged. You should lose that protection the moment you fire a gun. People who don't fight at their spawn will still be protected and people who want to abuse that protection won't be able to do that anymore.

Only for president and his securities, no? Cops should be able to abuse their spawn protection. It is a major problem when president camps at cop spawn(for example: in Las Venturas).

Nope Cops too if my memory serves correct.

President onced camped at Police Base in SF,I was with terro team. We were able to shoot newly spawned cops and damage them once they damage someone.

Still I will check to make that into a assertion.

The suggestion is to disable spawn protect when someone shoots, not when they damage someone. It makes more sense to me to go by shooting instead of damage, particularly when you consider that someone could abuse the current system by acting like they're shooting at someone to get them to attack them while they're invincible. It also makes it so someone can take their time trying to hit someone else with a Deagle or Sniper, knowing that they can't be killed until they actually succeed. If you're shooting, you shouldn't have spawn protection.

If they are in sp that means you are way too close to spawn. Why not wait till president spawns sp gets removed?
And some guys can use it for camping on enemy spawn

This has been updated in the meanwhile. Players will lose their spawn protection if they shoot (when their spawnzone is disabled), and no longer on damaging someone.
