As we all know pausing is a major issue,whether intentional or not it's still a hassle.
So I suggest to get rid of the problem entirely by not allowing pause exploits to begin with, just like the SpawnProtection and Death Evasion by /rc and /q.
What I want to suggest is to spawn the ped actor faster rather than 5 minutes and waiting for the player to log off.

Usually I do /kill afterwards but it's useless if the map changes.
Just today, I was being chased by Ryder and Queen, my mother needed some help so I had to pause.
I was going to do /kill when I came back but the map changed unfortunately.
(As to avoid that in future before whatever happens to this, I am finding and installing a transparent menu-Anti Pause)
