Hello,


its long suggestions but its important to read it carefully.


1.Civillian Spawn Protection Zone:


Many of us Know that when someone Leave his spawn and he is on the Spawn Zone all Civillian who under spawn protection killing him with Chainsaw, Fists, Dildo, Spray Can, Melee or thrown Weapons. so since we have this message : "You are still Under Spawn Protection, Your bullets will not have any effect Untill you leave your spawn zone." So no civillian still Under Spawn Protection in the Zone killing a Civllian Leave his Spawn Protection then come back again to the Zone then the other civillian who still under spawn protection should leave his Spawn Zone to kill a Civillian? Why Chainsaw, Fists , Dildo , Melee or thrown Weapons have effect in Spawn Zone? so im suggested to disable all Melee and thrown Weapons since we have the message that i already said it there.


-The second Thing is:
When a President is coming to Civillian Spawn Zone the Spawn Zone is Disabled, Civillian Killing Each other and i really dont like the idea of how this happend while President have a gang of securities and enjoying killing. Im suggesting to not disabling the Spawn Zone Even if President pass through the Civillian spawn zone.

2. Terrorists And Cops Spawn Protection Zone:


So When you Come to terrorist Zone and you are Cop for Example. The terrorist will kill you Even if he is Under Spawn protection So some of Cops are waiting at Spawn to wait till the terrorist Lose his spawn protection and they kill him. so im suggesting if a terrorist killing cop when Terrorist is Under Spawn Protection Get this Message: "You are still Under Spawn Protection, Your bullets will not have any effect Untill you leave your spawn zone." Such as civillian.

3. Security Suggestion:

i get to the problem of the rules its /duty. So that radar screen. If a player is very far the sign become small if he is near the sign becomes normal So Im suggesting a system If president his sign on Map is small Automatically the Security Who is in the map his small BUT its depend on the map of president if president see on the map a Security's sign turned into small. Security Automatically TP to him.

One cannot already kill spawned actors with whatever the fuck one has if the said actor is under SP. It would be a technical death evade if one simply reclasses before getting Chainsaw'd or whatever. Chainsaw is also stupidly Overpowered and has better chance of killing than grenades. Why have such mess to begin with.

Or idk if it's technical SAMP bug so it's not possible or some shit.

Who is in the disadvantage here in your view the terrorist or the cop?

Personally I think the current spawn protection system is better. Because it makes fights at spawn kinda balanced. Gives Terros a chance to deal with a Cop Base camping president.

Well actually, I don't think you actually played through the Singleplayer's very first radar tutorial lol.

Square simply means that the target is on your level, if the target is higher then the icon becomes a upward pointing triangle, if lower then the triangle points downwards.

A player can be like like one block near you and have triangle icon, and at the same time the player can be literally on the other edge of the city of the other city and still have a square icon. Distance don't affect the shape form except the size of the said icon.

Still can't figure exactly about your suggestion since it lacks full stops and has lots of Initial Capitals lol.

but of what I can figure out from, you intend to suggest (based on your misconception) that if a president's is far away from the security and the securities are too far away from president to catch up, they should be TP'd to the President via ingame power. Right?

-Well i dont know That all what i thought if Triangle = far if Square = near. this what i thought. Anyway it is affect the size of icon if he is far it become small when he is near it becomes normal.

I think it's more of a bug than a gamemode feature. I have experienced sudden loss of spawn protection pf all civilians in spawn area when some admins are around.

My point remains the same. Presidents camping at Police Basements/Cop Spawns in City Maps makes this suggestion and the earlier spawn system for cops/terros disadvantageous.

If the earlier System is implemented: Cops have Spawn Protection and CAN shoot Terros while being invincible for considerable time, making getting into the basement very tough and unbalanced.

If your system is implemented: Terros have the advantage, as cops can't actually protect the president until wastes time by getting out of spawn. Again Balance is affected.

Why the current system is the better one: If a Cop damages a Terro, he loses his SP. Making it both fair for the Cop and Terrorist for spawn combat. When and When Not to lose the SP is the strategy.

Securities are balanced too as they actually don't even get this message and fully retain their Spawn Protection for 1 minute while still being able to damage the spawn intruders.

This is too OP.
Im trying to say that if a terrorist going to kill the president and he kills a security and security died, the security will tp to the president again and if the security died he will tped again and so on and this will be hard for terrorist to kill president so make it atleast 2 minutes for security to automatically tp again to the president when security is died.

1. Could be changed some things in my opinion, like if you are in the Spawn Zone or under Spawn Protection your weapons will not appear until you are out of your Spawn Zone or withoug Spawn Protection, I think it would help.

Second thing:
The server is meant to play, and I'm not arguing or trying to put guilt in who's AFK. But when you come to the server is to play not to stay AFK or let your Character standstill.


2. I would say the same thing I did write above in "1.", making or changing the system so when they are at their base under Spawn Protection they wouldn't be able to use weapons.


3. I did not understand well what you were trying to tell or suggest, could you clarifie a bit ? Thanks.

Second of all, im bored to read this whole topic.

3-rd, Spawn protection in Plan B suck.

Chainsaw on spawn protection can kill u if ur not on spawn protection, wtf ?
Like there is one guy with chainsaw is on spawn protection, and other guy that is not in spawn protection.

Guess who dies?

Ofc, the guy with no spawn protection.

1. We'll probably be adding this, as there's a problem with people throwing grenades while under spawn protection.

2. This won't be added. You shouldn't be in the spawn zone as someone from the other team in the first place.

3. We won't be adding this as well.
