I should be unbanned on 21-04-2018 but im still banned ingame. and instead my forumaccount was deleted so i needed to make new one.

If you're referring to the CP status of your case, yes, it still says that you are banned, but when you join the game and log in, the system will remove it.

Keep in mind that it's your very last chance. Next time you team block/team attack/team shoot/help the opposite team, you'll get permanently banned.
