So [IDF]Faruk was president and Me(sM.Chetan[IDF]) and Ice_Bear were trying to kill him. We were terrorist and got killed by the cops, so we reclassed to civil as we thought we can kill him by another way.(We wanted to heli-kill) him. We were talking in the team-chat. [DsE.t]Reconnoitre was also civil and he could read our teamchats and hence he leaked the teamchat.
Leaking teamchats affects the gameplay and hence it should be punishable.

I was involved in this and yes he was caught leaking teamchats to president and maybe he was PMing also. Half of the time, President knew what we were upto.

*Civilians are the same class, but not a team.* They don't have duty and every civilian can play the way he wants, protecting/killing the president or doing nothing. So since you were not in the same team with [DsE.t]Reconnoitre, he didn't break the rules.
