I am witness here, you see that much hp was done by me, when i was shooting presi with hydra so he was shooting me with m4 and when i saw him i shooted him, and when he got damage he paused, and in video he was checking that hydra got or not rapidly, when i killed presi means map change, he was the first player to choose class and that class was security.

We cannot tell if he paused intentionally or not, so no action will be taken at the moment.
However, it will be taken into account and he will be reminded about the death evasion rule.
