It's awfully buggy, throat stab sometimes works thanks to lag, and when it doesn't, you'll see a moving corpse lying in the ground (and shooting, since lagcomp allows that now)

The knife and its "backstab" feature are not perfectly synced and thus it creates a lot of glitchy situations.
