I used to use Deathadder for years, before 2 years ago when i switched to Zowie EC2-A
I would say Deathadder is great only for first person games, i had some hard times trying to adapt to it in SAMP i needed months even tho it was still hard esp for WW first shoot accuracy.
One other point that i should mention is Deathadder was so big for my hands and never could fully control it, and when i play for more than one hour i start to feel pain, that was a huge factor too.
Zowie had 3 types on mice EC - FK - ZA, and for each type it has diffrent sizes for small/med/big hands
Last summer i bought my current mouse "Zowie" and it was just amazing since first second, I was feeling more confortable since my hand was covering all grip, and i was able to play way better than i used to with my DA.
IMO you should go to store and test mice by yourself, dont look at what mouse is good looking or has more buttons but which one you will confortable with.
