 I don't think it is necessary because in every round there is a security who drives the vehicle for President and every player (as a President) will try to defend himself from terrors in any way. We cannot assure any of the place because nowhere is safe. It depends on the player himself where he decides to camp. And 70% of the newbies always go to the airport to fly an aircraft because in their opinion flying is the best way to survive.

Wasting time on scripting for this feature is not worth if the player will accuse the feature of suggesting him a place to camp if he fails in it.
