I cannot see anything disturbing in this movie. Since your spawn protection has already been gone, they were allowed to kill you, just like every other civilian leaving and returning to the spawn area. It would be much better if they (specially EsQuire[NO] as the President) have chosen some better place to stay, but by visiting civilian spawn they didn't violate the rules.

They did cooperate because they were both in the defending team: one of them was the President and the other one - a cop.
