[Added]Move/remove trucks near SF driving school, add packers

Could these trucks be removed or moved away from the wall there? I don't know when or why they appeared, but they make it way more difficult to go up the wall and over into the driving school area from the warehouse side.

I think it would also be better to make them Packers (or at least one of them). Packers are underutilized, I think partially because they are pretty scarce. Adding more Packers in general (particularly near areas with lots of stunting potential and/or in such a way that they function as jumps) would also be nice.

For me, those trucks would be useful if president camps in that place because it can make a barrier at the entrance of it so NO terors and civils go there. So -1 for me.

Those trucks probably have always been there, they weren't added recently. We'll look into moving and changing them.
