« on: September 22, 2018, 04:40:03 am »
I just turn on my laptop and the loading screen stopped then it says:

>>>>>>No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility. Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics.
I press F5, it go onboard diagnostics and all of the tests were passed but 2 are not, it says:

1.>>>>>>No Hard Drive Detected on --Start DST Short Test--
2.>>>>>>No Hard Drive Detected on --DST Short Status Test--

I don't know what to do so if someone know anything about this, pls help me.  :'(

F1 option is mainly to set the values correctly i.e. the date and time of your computer and F2 option mainly shows to run the windows with the default values. If your computer's date and time gets reset every time you switch on the pc, then you gotta replace the CMOS battery.

But if the problem is something else, please show us a image/screenshot of that error and I hope I can help you in fixing it.

Show your PC to technician before you destroy whole PC trying to repair it. I think that problem is with your default harddrive location C: where is OS installed.

It's probably a corrupted MBR partition or dead HDD. In any case, take it to the PC repair shop and get it fixed, if it can be fixed.

I just showed my laptop to a technician, he says my "hard drive" is broken so it should be fix for 2-3 weeks cuz the drive is in the laptop and it's connected to some wires so I wont be playing for awhile.   8)
