If you think you are banned, then post a ban appeal here, with the proper format.

I don't think you will get unbanned by posting in Off Topic.

Posting an unban appeal will make it clear I guess. As Fares said this might be a case that your name is needed to be whitelisted or something.

If you don't want to make an unban appeal, you may use IRC and talk to any admin there.

(BTW there is a englis tech support admin always who can also help you the problem is he poor englis skills).

Dammit he is just Freon. Will keep shouting Jonne Jonne on chat even when told to go to IRC or PM.

Anyways make a Ban Appeal again if you are actually banned and you do know how to make one.

Although I agree that ban evasion rules succ and there is no Ban List. So I recommend you to pester every goddamn Admin via IRC PM by asking every one of them if you are banned or not (I suggest using Copy-Pasting same question).

And more interestingly how did your 'Namechange' problem turn into that of being banned?
