Pausing is not a punishable offense, as you receive the damage dealt to you after you unpause, similarly to when you stop lagging. Moreover, your clone is spawned after you timeout/quit.
It's unclear which of the two happened in this situation, but you can see that Shadow takes the damage you had dealt to him at the very end of the video. Therefore, no action will be taken.
