Let's take a look at "advertising" word definition. It is "communication whose purpose is to influence potential customers about products and services." I don't think that a neutral and implicit reference to the other server in a context of making an example in that topic could be considered an attempt to influence on one's opinion. Otherwise any mention of mere existance of the other SAMP servers would be "advertising" too.
