Well, I was't going to report since I was thinking it was a bug ofc even after he damaged me just right after I started recording, as you can see once the video starts I had just about 40% of my health, it was the damage that I got by him( you can check the logs ), and ofc he wasn't going to damage me if he was bugged.


Alright, lets say that it was a bug, have a look at this.

He reconnected and still wasn't losing health.




Ok it is that enough Nope.

Have a look at this he re-connected for another time, but guess what he still wan't losing health.

Check the logs pls, the first duel between him and Menace when Menace got owned by 100 armour and 100 health and he even said "you bugged" in main chat, was just after he re-connected(check the logs).



And the second duel(the duel which I recorded a part from) between him and Menace was just right after he re-connected for the second time(check the logs) when Menace failed to damage him as he wasn't losing health putting in mind that he was giving him damage normally in the 2 duels, and it ended by Menace winning by 94 health and 0 armour because Gunzo used /kill command ofc as shown in the video. 


So I guess this is just what happened:

Either he pressed the health hack toggle key by mistake(the way that he used to avoid most of my saw kills) and when he found that I was shooting him and it so obvious that he is using health hacks since I'am shooting him with a gun and not killing him with saw he pretended that he was bugged so he /q and joined again to act like he is still bugged and he is still not losing health even in a duel against Menace(top lol) so he left and he re-connected another 2nd time to continue acting like he is still bugged so he can hide the fault that he was fallen in and let me believe that he was really bugged when he didn't get damage for the first time(lol x5), or there is something wrong happened to his health hacks toggle and it was activated permanently instead of activating and disabling it from a hot key so he kept re-connecting but it was still not disabled.

First, This is a lie you made it up with him trying to defend him so you can save him from the ban after you knew that he is no longer be able to hide his hacks like he used to do before.

From the first day I started fighting him I knew that he is hacking, he always opened hh toggle by pressing hot key when he was in my saw, maybe more than 50 times or something, and he was using it smartly so it can look like as it was a lag and he escaped from my saw when he was about to die, and I already pmed Nikola about it just some days ago on irc since I caught him using no recoil too, the moment that I get him with saw in the middle of every war he starts to lose all his armour then when his health is about to be finished, like when he got 30 hp left, it suddenly stops putting in mind that he doesn't pause(lol x100) waiting for someone to save him from my saw and kill me but if he didn't find anyone around to save him by killing me, his health starts to decrease once again and he dies(lol x1000), also I have informed Nikola about it some days ago.

Second, he opened no recoil against me in two duels(recorded one of them)after I raped him with Ghostz as civilians, he used no recoil and I saw epic 2 shots that I have never ever saw in my life, when I'am sure that he isn't that pro in 2 shots(never can beat me in 2 shots).

Watch how he closed the no recoil when he was about to finish me so it doesn't look like that he is using no recoil(lol)

Okay lets say that his skills are suddenly improved I totally agree on that, when he joined game again just after some minutes later, I asked him to go with the best 2 shots he can, and the thing is that he lost his god like 2 shot skills( lol???), have a look at the difference between his aim when he enabled no recoil and when he disabled it.

Third, Menace Aka Lincon you knew very well everything he was doing and I always pmed you about it but you never replied.

Menace, when he re-connected for the 1st and 2nd time, I pmed you just after you said "you bugged" in main chat for Gunzo when he owned you in a duel with 100 armour and 100 health by "Do you really believe this shit???" and ofc I meant by that "Do you really believe that someone is bugged and after reconnecting for 2 times his bug will still not be fixed???". You didn't reply or talk or report or take any action, just like nothing happened, so you knew very well that he was hacking but you decided not to report since he is your brother, not just this, You covered him and you decided to help him with his plan trying to act like he was really bugged and he wasn't cheating so you both can make me believe that he wasn't cheating. You saw me saying that he is using health hacks in main chat, you saw him not losing health in duels, you saw me pming you by "do you really believe this shit??" as I was watching the duel between you and him but you didn't answer, so this is a very clear "ban evader covering".

Also, the fake story you made will not help him and admins won't believe it that easily since we got evidence and they have already received reports about him before, also it just means one thing that you knew that he is a hacker but you tried to cover him. Mate, I got banned 20 months for forcing a cheater to remove his hacks instead of reporting and letting admins handle and I guess you have just fallen in the same mistake I have fallen in. So I guess you should be banned for that.

Back to Ginzo's case, In my opinion this guy deserves a very long ban since he was using hacks from a very long time, and he got reported a lot of times by me and I even got an admin telling me that he will monitor him, also he death evaded more than 100 times in my saw by pausing at first then recently by health hacking toggle key, and for using no recoil just to beat me in duels.

It could be a bug with some of the mods he have installed. Obviously he had advantage using it. Players are responsible for what they are installing, if you don't know what you're using then you shouldn't be using it. Since we mentioned in the rules that players affected by the crashes.asi bug will be treated as health hackers, we are going to make no difference for this case now. He will be banned for health hacking.
