Reclassing to another class after dying is allowed, there is no problem here. If your report was referring to Rose because a security and not following her duty, there is no evidence of this in the screenshots and there are other variables involved such as who shot first which mean Rose couldn't be punished for it.
If you feel like it was unfair as Rose knew your position, this is the risk you take by fighting in the president spawn.
