It happened with me too, when I installed win 10 pro in my pc. I wasn't able to open single player and samp in it. Whenever I starts the game, it kept on crashing and sometimes an error occurs. I searched for the solutions on the web but got nothing because I didn't look into it any deeper. Then I simply got a way to toggle between win 10 and win 7. I use windows 7 mainly for gaming purpose. But I hope someone can tell you the solution for win 10.
